Shipping Policy

VYNTERA ships prepaid orders to serviceable pincodes in India. If a pincode cannot be served, checkout will indicate this before payment.

Orders are processed after successful prepaid payment, then handed to the courier. Processing and delivery time depend on destination, courier, and stock. The window for your order is shown at checkout.

Tracking is sent by email (and SMS where available) after dispatch. Review status under My Account → Orders.

Cash on Delivery is not offered. Shipping charges, if any, appear at checkout for your address. No free-shipping threshold is in force unless it is published here and at checkout.
